A few of our success stories!

Although Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a young organization, we have been busy making an immediate impact in our community.

Raised over $86,000.00 to send 86 Arizona WWII Veterans to Washington D.C. on a 3 day journey via Honor Flights AZ to be honored, thanked and remembered. LEARN MORE.

Raised over $80,000.00 to sponsor over 800 at-risk, and underprivileged children for a Christmas shopping spree. LEARN MORE.

Donated $2,500.00 to Camp Sunrise for the purchase of a trailer to transport the kid’s necessary supplies & food to and from the camp and for general purpose needs of Camp Sunrise.  In addition, NHN members repaired and refurbished over 6000 square feet of space used for medical care of the campers battling cancer. In co-ordination with Rebuilding Together, NHN has built multiple access ramps to provide elderly and disabled members of our community a ramp so they can safely enter and exit their homes.

Repaired and provided safety modifications to disabled veterans homes and helped to improve living conditions for a number of underprivileged, elderly, and most vulnerable members in our community.

Through NHN’s “Santa Sak” Program we have provided Christmas gifts to 5 group homes and over 150 children who are in foster or temporary homes. LEARN MORE.

Provided much needed shade to Central Arizona Shelter Serviceschildren’s play area by providing and installing an outdoor awning and tarp.

Donated $2,500.00 to sponsor 3 local underprivileged children at The Boys & Girls Club summer camp program.

Provided timely beds, furnishing and other housewares to families who have found themselves financially burdened or have fallen on difficult times due to health related complications.

Prepared and served meals at the Ronald McDonald House to Children and their families battling cancer and other often terminal deceases.

Completed an apartment rehab project for Save the Family Foundation of Arizona

Partnered with City of Scottsdale’s “Operation Fix-it” to help neighbors in need.

Partnered with St. Mary’s Food Bank to box and ready over 65,000 meals for some of the poorest among us in our community.
